Firnew's Rooster is part of a diptych. This was painted during the pandemic when I chose to paint everything around me. It was a gift of time. My studio on our farm is in the background.
Artist Statement
I am primarily a line artist. Color has been like icing on a cake. I truly love the emotional content of placing one color I love next to another color I love.
